Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1 cup cilantro, just the leaves
  • 1 green chili
  • 1/2 inch ginger, skin removed
  • 1/3 teaspoon cumin powder
  • sea salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • water as needed

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high power blender or food processor, except water.
  2. Blend until a fine mixture is created, slowly adding water to get the base moving.
  3. Store in an airtight container, refrigerate for 3-4 days.
