Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1 cup cilantro, just the leaves
- 1 green chili
- 1/2 inch ginger, skin removed
- 1/3 teaspoon cumin powder
- sea salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- water as needed
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high power blender or food processor, except water.
- Blend until a fine mixture is created, slowly adding water to get the base moving.
- Store in an airtight container, refrigerate for 3-4 days.
