
Blueberry Chia Glow Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 ripe banana (for natural sweetness)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Optional: drizzle of raw honey or maple syrup
Directions
- In a blender, combine almond milk, blueberries, banana, vanilla, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a jar or bowl and stir in the chia seeds.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with more blueberries, a sprinkle of hemp seeds, or a dollop of almond butter before serving.
