Ingredients

  • 1 frozen açaí packet (unsweetened, preferably organic)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries or strawberries
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk (or plant milk of choice)
  • 1–2 tsp honey (optional)
  • ¼ cup granola
  • *Toppings:
  • Fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • Sliced banana
  • Chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Almond butter or peanut butter drizzle
  • Cacao nibs or dark chocolate shavings (for a treat)

Directions

  1. Blend the base: In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen açaí, banana, berries, and almond milk. Blend until smooth and thick. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides or add a splash more milk but keep it thick and spoonable.
  2. Pour and swirl: Scoop the açaí blend into a bowl. Use the back of a spoon to smooth out the top.
  3. Top it off: Layer on your favorite toppings. Think texture, color, and crunch! Get creative and make it beautiful—after all, you eat with your eyes first.
