Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango

½ cup frozen pineapple

½ frozen banana

¾–1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk for creamier)

½ tsp ground turmeric (or ½ inch piece fresh)

Small pinch black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)

½ tsp fresh grated ginger (optional but lovely)

Juice of ½ orange or ¼ cup fresh OJ

¼ cup carrot juice

1 scoop collagen peptides

Optional add-ins: 1 tbsp ground flax or chia and or ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
Directions
