Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¾–1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk for creamier)
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric (or ½ inch piece fresh)
  • Small pinch black pepper (boosts turmeric absorption)
  • ½ tsp fresh grated ginger (optional but lovely)
  • Juice of ½ orange or ¼ cup fresh OJ
  • ¼ cup carrot juice
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • Optional add-ins: 1 tbsp ground flax or chia and or ½ scoop vanilla protein powder

Directions

  1. Blend until silky smooth. Add ice if you want it extra frosty.
