Lavender Body Scrub - DIY

Lavender Body Scrub - DIY

This Lavender Scrub recipe is an absolute favorite of mine, and it’s easy to see why. I’ve been using it for years, and every time, I’m amazed by how soft and refreshed it leaves my skin. The best part? It’s made with just a few simple, all-natural ingredients!

What You’ll Need:

  1. 1 cup cane sugar: A gentle exfoliant that helps remove dead skin cells, leaving your skin smooth and polished.
  2. 2 tablespoons pink Himalayan salt (fine ground): Rich in minerals, this salt not only exfoliates but also helps detoxify the skin.
  3. 14-15 drops lavender essential oil: Known for its calming and soothing properties, lavender oil also has antimicrobial benefits, making it great for your skin.
  4. 1 1/2 tablespoons dried lavender: Adds a lovely texture and natural fragrance to the scrub, enhancing the overall spa-like experience.

Directions: Mix It Up: In a medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients. Stir until everything is evenly blended, ensuring the lavender oil and dried lavender are well-distributed.

Add to Jar: Transfer the scrub into a large glass jar, or divide it into smaller jars if you’d like to share this lavender-scented goodness with friends. It’s the perfect gift for anyone in need of a little self-care!

Use this scrub in your shower or bath, gently massaging it onto your skin to exfoliate and hydrate. You’ll step out feeling pampered and smelling amazing!
