Ingredients

  • 1 100g packet unsweetened frozen acai berry (Sambazon brand)
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup flax milk (or nondairy milk of choice)

Directions

  1. In a high powered blender, add the acai berry, banana, flax milk, and mango.
  2. Blend until smooth, may need to add 1-2 tbsp of flax milk to reach desired consistency.
  3. Pour in bowl and top with desired toppings: fresh fruit, hemp seeds, nuts, granola, and/or dried coconut.
  4. Serve immediately!
