Smoothie bowls have been a thing in our home for quite some time, this one here remains one of our all time favorites.
The base stays the same but we play around with the toppings to fit individual preferences.
I typically use the Sambazon brand of frozen Acai but any kind should work. Top with any fruit you desire, dried coconut, nuts, seeds, and/or granola (check out my granola recipes).
Whether you choose to enjoy as a breakfast or dessert option, be creative with the toppings.
If you are making it for children, set the toppings out and let them decorate and create their own healthy and nutritious masterpiece!
XO,
Bobbielee
