Blackberry-Mango Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flax milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 inch piece ginger root (optional)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup blackberries (preferably frozen)
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- Vanilla or plain protein powder (I used Vega brand, vanilla)
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to the blender, blend until smooth.
- Adjust the liquid as desired.
- Enjoy!
