Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen cherries
- 1/4 cup avocado
- 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger root
- 1 inch piece fresh turmeric root (may substitute for 1/2 tsp turmeric powder)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 cup milk of choice (I prefer my almond milk or hemp milk)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 3 tbsps hemp seeds
- vanilla or plain protein powder (optional)
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a high power blender, blend until smooth
- Adjust liquid (or add ice) to reach desired texture.
- Serve and enjoy immediately!
