Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen cherries
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger root
  • 1 inch piece fresh turmeric root (may substitute for 1/2 tsp turmeric powder)
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup milk of choice (I prefer my almond milk or hemp milk)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 3 tbsps hemp seeds
  • vanilla or plain protein powder (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high power blender, blend until smooth
  2. Adjust liquid (or add ice) to reach desired texture.
  3. Serve and enjoy immediately!
