This smoothie here is a great choice for after a workout. Cherries are used as the base of this smoothie. Cherries have earned a golden star in the fitness world as they have shown to aid in muscle recovery and decrease muscle soreness. Also found in this delicious smoothie are turmeric, ginger, and cilantro and a few other amazing ingredients.

Feel free to use whatever milk of choice you like, I prefer to use hemp milk as the liquid in this smoothie as it gives it a delicious creamy texture while bumping up the protein, naturally.

It may sound weird... but I add a dash of black pepper, black pepper is needed to enhance curcumin absorption in the body (may help fight inflammation), I promise you don't even notice it is in there.

Cheers to health my friend and as always, enjoy!

XO,

Bobbielee
