
Cilantro & Parsley Detox Juice

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cilantro (packed)
- 1 cup fresh parsley (packed)
- 1 cucumber
- 1 green apple
- 1 lemon (peeled)
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger
- 1 -2 cups cold water
Directions
- Wash all produce thoroughly.
- Chop the cucumber, apple, lemon, and ginger into smaller pieces.
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- For a smoother juice, strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag (optional).
- Enjoy immediately.
