Wash all produce thoroughly.
Chop the cucumber, apple, lemon, and ginger into smaller pieces.
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
For a smoother juice, strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag (optional).
