These Healthy Morning Glory Muffins are everything a good muffin should be—soft, moist, lightly sweet, and packed with goodness. Filled with carrots, apples, oats, warm spices, and crunchy pecans, they're a family favorite for busy mornings, lunchboxes, and afternoon snacks. Each muffin contains approximately 180 calories, 5g of protein, and 4g of fiber, making them a more nourishing option that still feels like a treat. They combine whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats to help support steady energy and lasting fullness. Bake a batch on Sunday and enjoy them all week long.
Bonus: they freeze beautifully for up to 3 months, making healthy breakfasts and snacks easy to have on hand whenever you need them.

Bobbielee
