Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped

1 large ripe avocado, diced

2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp fresh chives or green onions, sliced

Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Place chopped eggs and avocado in a bowl.

Add Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, onion, chives, and garlic powder.

Gently mix until combined, leaving some chunks of avocado.
