Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk)
  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen, rich in antioxidants)
  • ½ small avocado (healthy fats for brain & heart health)
  • 1 handful spinach or kale (fiber + micronutrients)
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (omega-3s + lignans for hormone balance)
  • 1 tsp turmeric + pinch of black pepper (anti-inflammatory combo)
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder (for satiety & muscle health)
  • 1 tsp cacao powder (flavonoids for cardiovascular health)
  • ½ frozen banana (for creaminess + natural sweetness)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (blood sugar support)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (extra fiber & omega-3s)
  • Water or ice as needed for desired consistency

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Adjust thickness with water/ice.
