Papaya is one of those fruits that I never truly enjoyed until I was in my 20's. I tried my very first papaya smoothie at a Vietnamese restaurant - it was love at first sip! I only wish I would have given this delicious fruit a chance earlier!

Over the years, I created my own healthier version to this smoothie, using more wholesome ingredients to boost its nutritional value.

Papaya is rich in fiber, vitamin C, vitamin A and antioxidants. Pair this amazing fruit with some ginger, turmeric, flax seeds and hemp seeds and you have yourself an amazingly healthy smoothie.

Happy sipping!

XO,

Bobbielee
