If you love PB & J sandwiches, you gotta try this recipe!!

This fun blend of strawberries and peanut butter was created with the help of my daughter who LOVES strawberries more then anything in the world, well almost anything in the world!!

With just a handful of ingredients and a blender, this smoothie can be yours in less than a few minutes.

For dairy-free, use a suitable milk and yogurt of choice. For nut-free, swap the peanut butter for a sunflower butter or omit completely!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana (may use frozen or room temp)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsps peanut butter (may swap for another nut/seed butter or omit)

Directions

Add all ingredients to a smoothie container.

Blend til smooth and ENJOY!!
