
Peanut Butter Oat Bars (Gluten Free)

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (if peanut butter is unsalted)
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 5 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 5 tbsps crunchy peanut butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a saucepan, over low heat, add the peanut butter and maple syrup. Stir it often for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix it with a spatula. The mixture will be loose, like bread crumbs but will form a ball when pressed.
- Add the mixture to a 9x6 inch pan (I use a stainless steel one, will link it on my instagram post). Press the mixture down into the pan using your hands. Bake for 16 minutes.
- Slice the bars and allow to cool before removing from the pan.
