
Post-Workout Avocado Recovery Smoothie

Ingredients
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water (or almond milk for creaminess)
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder (or collagen, if preferred)
- 1 handful baby spinach or kale
- 1 tbsp chia seeds or hemp hearts
- Juice of ½ lime (optional, for brightness)
- Handful of ice
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust. Add a splash more coconut water for a thinner texture, or an extra slice of banana if you’d like it sweeter.
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy immediately.
