Ingredients

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water (or almond milk for creaminess)
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder (or collagen, if preferred)
  • 1 handful baby spinach or kale
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or hemp hearts
  • Juice of ½ lime (optional, for brightness)
  • Handful of ice

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust. Add a splash more coconut water for a thinner texture, or an extra slice of banana if you’d like it sweeter.
  4. Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy immediately.
