Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 cup kefir or plain yogurt (use vegan alternative if desired)
- 1 tsp honey (leave out for vegan) 2 tbsp almonds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
Directions
- Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy right away!
