Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup kefir or plain yogurt (use vegan alternative if desired)
  • 1 tsp honey (leave out for vegan) 2 tbsp almonds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy right away!
