This smoothie is the perfect raspberry blend. It was one of my children's original smoothie creations, I just made a few tweaks to bump up the nutritional value.
It is the perfect blend with raspberries (obviously), banana, lemon, almond milk, kefir or yogurt (non dairy to keep it vegan), almonds, hemp seeds and honey (leave out for vegan).
Feel free to swap the raspberries for strawberries or whatever berries you have available. For some added greens, a handful of spinach blends well and doesn't alter the flavor!
