Refreshing Green Summer Tea

Ingredients

  • 4 cups filtered water
  • 3 green tea bags
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 10–12 fresh mint leaves
  • Optional: 1–2 tsp honey
  • Ice

Directions

  1. Bring water to about 175°F (not boiling).
  2. Steep green tea for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Remove tea bags and allow to cool.
  4. Add cucumber, lemon, and mint.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve over ice.
