This Refreshing Green Summer Tea is one of my favorite ways to stay hydrated during the warmer months. Crisp cucumber, bright lemon, fresh mint, and green tea come together for a light and refreshing drink that's perfect for sipping on the patio, packing for the pool, or enjoying after a walk. From a lifestyle medicine perspective, choosing unsweetened beverages more often is a simple way to support hydration while avoiding excess added sugars. It's fresh, flavorful, and truly feels like summer in a glass. 🍋
