Pizza, is there anyone in the world who doesn't LOVE pizza?? Seriously!
You see, my husband was born and raised in Chicago, so I was determined to find an "OMG that's delicious" pizza recipe that satisfied his OBP (obsessive pizza disorder). Trust me it exists!
Initially, I would get so overwhelmed when learning how to make the perfect pizza but over time we have come up with a quick, easy, delicious, good for you crust!
What makes this crust better than the others I share is the rise time... All it takes is setting the dough, let it rise for about 10 minutes while you dance around the kitchen and cut some toppings and then, voila!! Your dough is ready for the oven.
Are you ready for a pizza parrrtaay?
XO,
Bobbielee

Toppings
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
In a medium sized bowl, add the water and honey (or cane sugar), give it a stir. Sprinkle on the yeast and set it aside (allow it to sit 8-10 minutes).
Add the flour and sea salt to the mixture and mix it with your hand until the flour is mixed in, form a ball of dough. Knead for a few minutes.
Cover the bowl with a towel and allow it to rest for 6-7 minutes.
Prepare your workspace by dusting some flour onto a surface. Using your hands and rolling pin, roll the dough out to your desired thickness (I personally feel pressing the dough with your hands creates a better crust). Transfer the pizza to a pizza pan.
Using a fork, make some holes into the dough.
Place the pizza into the oven and bake for 4 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven.
Spread the pizza sauce onto the pizza and top with desired toppings. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 12-15 mins (option: for the last 5 minutes place the pizza pan on the top rack in the oven). The cheese should be slightly browned. Remove from the oven.
Enjoy!
