What's your favorite beverage on a hot summer day? Mine is lemonade, ice cold lemonade (loaded with Vitamin C)! With summer around the corner, it's time to spice up our traditional lemonade and add a healthy boost of ginger and turmeric to the mix.

Turmeric has traditionally been used as an anti-inflammatory, it is a traditional spice used in India that has recently become a popular "superfood" here (in the USA).

Feel free to swap the honey for maple syrup to make this beverage vegan friendly.

Cheers, to good health!!

XO,

Bobbielee
