I myself am not a fan of cows milk and love experimenting with milk alternatives. For this great recipe all you have to do is soak your almonds overnight, then blend and squeeze it through a nut milk bag.
I prefer adding some dates for some natural sweetness, however, that is optional.
You can drink it on its own, add to smoothies, oats, and/or your latte... the possibilities are endless.

Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender, blend until smooth (about 2 minutes)
Strain the almond milk mixture using a nut milk bag.
Store the almond milk in an airtight bottle and refrigerate for 3-4 days, best if consumed by day 3. Shake well before consuming.
