This smoothie recipe has been part of my morning routine for quite some time, it is the first smoothie I began making when I bought my very first vitamix, about 12-13 years ago.

This here is a basic and it is a good starter smoothie, if you are a smoothie newbie. It leaves you feeling refreshed and energized. I make it for friends and family who are new to the "Green Smoothie" movement.

Adjust some ingredients to make it work for you or simply, enjoy it as is.
