All you need is masa harina (corn flour), sea salt, warm water, and lime juice. Such simple and healthy ingredients. Prepare this tortilla mixture 45 minutes - 1 hour in advance.

Notes: The tortillas will store well in the refrigerator for 2-3 days -- To reheat, warm on skillet over medium-high heat for 15-20 seconds -- If the tortillas are sticking to the parchment paper, add a little flour to them before rolling out
