This Oven Roasted Cauliflower dish is absolutely delicious! It is one of my favorite go-to side dishes. It is easy to make, packed with flavor, and can be used in many ways.
We use a delicious variety of Indian spices to make this dish, I am certain that you will love it as much as we do!
We typically eat this side dish with quinoa, on a veggie wrap, or as a side with roti and daal.
XO,
Bobbielee
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking pan with unbleached parchment paper, set aside.
In a medium size bowl add the tomato sauce, olive oil, turmeric, sea salt, chili flakes, garlic, and lemon, whisk together.
Add the cauliflower and onion to the bowl. Coat the cauliflower with the sauce. Be sure that the cauliflower and onion is evenly coated.
Add the cauliflower and onion to the prepared baking pan. Add it to the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes. After cooking for 20 minutes, turn the cauliflower and onion over.
Serve warm.
Will keep well in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
