These delicious and healthy Lemon Coconut Date Balls make the perfect snack. They are easy to make in advance and store away for when your sweet tooth hits.
They are made with a handful of simple ingredients, cashews, dates, coconut, lemon, hemp, and chia seeds.
We prefer storing ours in the freezer and eating them cold but feel free to store them in the fridge as well.
Note: they keep well in the fridge for about a week and up to 2 months in the freezer.
