I love kale so much that I grow it in the garden. Depending on where you live, it can be grown fairly easily. Learning how to cook and use Kale is essential. It can be bitter if not paired correctly, so play with the ingredient amounts if this one doesn't fancy your tastebuds... The lemon in this juice helps cut the bitterness and the apple gives it just the right amount of sweetness.
