Have you ever taken a look at the ingredient list of a store bought salad dressing bottle and wonder why they add so many of the ingredients to their products? Me too - so let's make our own healthy version instead!

This Basic ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) dressing is our staple for our home, I prepare it weekly. We use it on our salads, quinoa bowls, a little drizzle here and a little drizzle there... It's the perfect addition to any fresh veggie bowl.

This delicious dressing is not only quick and easy to make, it includes a handful of simple, "good for you" ingredients like extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, dijon mustard, sea salt, and black pepper.

Go ahead and double batch it, I store mine in the fridge for 3-4 days. Just give it a shake before use!

XO,

Bobbielee
