  • 4-5 strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 1/5 cup milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • Optional: 1 cup spinach

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!
