If you are looking for a smoothie loaded with antioxidant rich blueberries, this is it!

This smoothie has a handful of nutritious ingredients like blueberries, mango, kefir, walnuts and hempseeds. It is honestly the perfect start to your day, and a tasty way to get a nutrient boost first thing in the morning!

For a vegan version, feel free to swap the kefir for water, coconut water, or plant based milk of choice.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup kefir (may sub for another liquid or yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp walnuts

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender, blend till smooth.

Enjoy right away!
