Elevate your mornings with our irresistible baked granola recipe, a staple in our kitchen year-round, especially during the cozy fall and winter seasons. Bursting with chocolaty goodness, this granola is a delightful blend of oats, nuts, seeds, and just the right amount of chocolate for a satisfying crunch.
While I love mine sprinkled over creamy yogurt and topped with fresh fruit, feel free to enjoy it as a classic cereal with your milk of choice. Whichever way you prefer, this granola is sure to add a deliciously wholesome touch to your breakfast or snacking routine.
Treat yourself to a nourishing and indulgent start to your day with our homemade baked granola.
Enjoy!
XO,
Bobbielee
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a small bowl, add the maple syrup and melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and sea salt, whisk together.
In a large bowl, add the rolled oats, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, and almonds.
Add the syrup mixture to the oat and nut mixture, toss well. Spread the mixture even onto the line baking sheet. Bake for 25 mins or until golden brown. Stir the granola half way through bake time.
Allow the granola to cool before storing. For best quality, store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 weeks.
