I love turmeric, I love ginger, and I love salads! So obviously, I love this savoury "Citrus, Ginger, and Turmeric Dressing" drizzled on top of a salad. If you are a salad lover than I am sure that you will as well!

This dressing is great on a green salad, drizzled on a wrap, or drizzled on a quinoa/veggie bowl - endless possibilities with this nutritious dressing!

This dressing keeps well in the fridge for 4-5 days.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps tahini
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt (or to taste)
  • pinch of black pepper

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth. Taste and adjust salt and/or honey as desired.
