Fall just isn’t fall without a warm crisp fresh out of the oven — and this one has all the cozy vibes and the nourishing goodness. Think tender baked apples, bursts of juicy berries, and a crunchy oat-nut topping that smells like a hug the minute it hits the oven.
The best part? It’s made with whole ingredients that love your body back. Fiber-rich fruit, heart-healthy oats, and just the right touch of natural sweetness. Dessert, breakfast, snack… honestly, it’s a choose-your-own-adventure situation. Top it with a scoop of Greek yogurt in the morning or a swirl of coconut whip at night and you’ve got yourself pure magic.
XO,
Bobbielee
Preheat oven: 350°F (175°C).
Make the filling: In a large bowl, combine apples, berries, lemon juice, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and arrowroot powder. Stir until fruit is coated. Pour into a lightly greased 9x9 baking dish.
Make the topping: In another bowl, mix oats, almond flour, nuts, cinnamon, and salt. Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup. Stir until crumbly.
Assemble: Spread topping evenly over the fruit mixture.
Bake: Place in oven and bake for 35–40 minutes, until topping is golden brown and fruit is bubbling.
Cool slightly: Let it rest 10 minutes before serving.
Serve warm with a dollop of unsweetened Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for extra creaminess.
