This delicious dressing can go on just about any salad but pairs exceptionally well with the Green Goddess Salad Bowl.

With healthful ingredients like basil, parsley, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, dijon mustard, garlic, sea salt, black pepper

You will definitely have leftovers (lucky you!). Store the leftover dressing in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.

High speed blender.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup parsley leafs
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender container. Blend on medium-high speed until the basil leaves and garlic cloves are broken down into the dressing (45 seconds-1 minute). Scrape down the sides of the container using a spatula as necessary, be sure the blender is not running while you do this.

Use right away or refrigerate the dressing in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
