Meet your new favorite green sauce!

This Garden Goddess Pesto is bursting with fresh basil, bright herbs, heart-healthy pistachios, and a squeeze of lemon for the perfect pop of flavor. Unlike traditional pesto, this version sneaks in even more garden goodness with fresh dill (or mint) and a touch of jalapeño for a subtle kick.

Loaded with antioxidants, healthy fats, and vibrant herbs, it's an easy way to add fresh flavor and nutrition to pizzas, pasta, grain bowls, sandwiches, and roasted veggies. Fresh, flavorful, and made with simple ingredients you can feel good about.

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. For maximum freshness, drizzle a thin layer of olive oil over the top before storing.

XO,

Bobbielee

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves, packed
  • ½ cup fresh dill or fresh mint
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded for less heat (optional)
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons roasted shelled pistachios
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
  • Sea salt, to taste

Directions

Add the basil, dill (or mint), jalapeño, pistachios, cheese, olive oil, and lemon juice to a food processor or high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

Taste and season with sea salt. Add an extra squeeze of lemon if you'd like a brighter flavor.

Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
