Let me explain, my children will not touch cauliflower no matter what I try, and trust me, I have tried many creative ways to get it into their diets.
One day I decided to add it to their smoothies and it was a hit! I hide it in this delicious sneaky "Shhhh-Smoothie" and am now sharing this delicious recipe with you.
This recipe is a fairly new one in our home and my children often ask for seconds. 😃
