Line a 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Set it aside.
Heat a medium size pan over low heat. Add the peanut butter, stir until it melts. Should take 2-3 minutes. Now add the maple syrup and brown rice crisp cereal. Stir until the cereal pieces are covered with the melted peanut butter and maple syrup.
Now transfer the brown rice crisps to the prepared 8-in square pan. Press it down tightly using a spatula or your hands.
Cover the pan with a lip, foil, or wrap and place it into the freezer for 30 minutes.
Remove, cut and enjoy!
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
