My 6 year old son came home from school the other day, wanting to make some fresh juice. He asked me if he could make a recipe for our site. I handed him a pen and paper and set him up with our juicer (supervised).

He titled his recipe "Simrans Joos" and then headed over to the fruit basket, he explained why he was selecting the fruits that he did.

"Oranges have vitamins C and will help protect my body... pineapple is sweet and really yummy". - So here you have it my friends, "Simrans Joos!"

It's nutritious and delicious, loaded with Vitamin C. I added the option of additional ginger and turmeric to boost the nutrient value and anti-inflammatory properties.

Cheers!

XO,

Bobbielee

Notes: I use and recommend an Omega 8006 juicer
