These pancake kabobs are a winner in our home, myself and the kids love putting them together (I am pretty sure deep down, my husband does as well).

Simply make mini pancakes using either of my pancake recipes (or your own), wash and prepare some fresh fruit and voila - you have a delicious and healthy breakfast that the whole family will LOVE making and eating!

Kabob sticks can be found at most local grocery stores or you can find them on amazon.
